Bingo! That was the problem - I had the game ready driver installed and not the studio driver. Octane V4.05 - R6 crashes C4D when trying to render. I'm running C4D vR20.059 on Windows 10 Pro 1903 build 18362.418 with 2x2080 Ti FE's (non SLI) and an Intel core i9-9900K w/64GB ram. The render gets to frame 4 and crashes every time. I've baked all my deformers, etc down so that it's only ...
