I've got a scene all ready to render, and i wanted to use ORC beta to test it out. But when i export to my octane file, it does not include the render target that is connected to my shot camera. How can i export out of C4d for ORC rendering? Do i need to go ...

Yes, but there is no option for hiding the light SOURCE from refraction. Octane seems pretty limited as far as tools to do these kinds of things.
