Ok problem solved, I've uninstalled all my antivirus & antimalwares softs and the materials came back. Thanks everybody !

you have to select a category under materials. It will not show anything with just selecting LiveDB/Materials

Since I re-installed my C4D Octane Plugin on a new computer, all the materials of the liveDb window are missing...
I've tried to re-install it several times and the problem is always here.
