3.09 seems to just be around the corner with AI-based desnoising functions.
I don't have the facebook link here atm, but when this feature does what first tests suggest it should be doing, then Iray can certainly pack up shop, since it is already much slower atm than Octane.

Without using the Octane Geograft option, you can get rid of these raised seems by adjusting the displacement "Mid level" to around .5 on the OCtane Torso and Anus materials of New Genitalia.

Just noticed that when I try to use a Saw Wave procedural, either by dragging or by changing an existing procedural in the node editor, it changes to "unknown" with no editable attributes.
Running version 3.3.4.26 that you provided to make the Polygon Side procedural available.
