Render bug on Geo
Hey Face,
Any simple workaround when all the geometry that renders out of Octane looks all hard-edged and buggy?
It does that only in Octane. Redshift works fine and mental ray with the same scene.
Thanks

Re: Softimage Lights + Render Channels
Perfect thanks a lot ! I managed to render out the channels separately using the Info Channels. They render out fairly fast so it's not a big issue BUT it would be useful, like you said, to have them all rendered at the same time in one single EXR file.
Thanks again for the reply!

Re: Softimage Lights + Render Channels
Only solution I have found for the render channels is to use the Info Channel rendering and output the Normal + Zdepth manually. Is this the only way?

Softimage Lights + Render Channels
This has probably been discussed in the past but I couldn't find any precise info.
I'm wondering if and/or how the default Softimage lights work with Octane? Loading up an IES profile in the light's color doesn't do anything.
Also, for the render channels; What's the workflow to render out an EXR ...

Re: BUG: Preview not updating properly
Thanks man!
Copy pasted the DLL and now Octane doesn't load at all in Softimage. Repasted the old DLL and it works.
