I'm having the exact same issue. Reverting to 431.xxx studio driver now from 442.xxx, I also am NOT having any issues with the Live viewer, it is ONLY when I send to render.

UPDATE: reverting to Nvidia Studio Driver 431.70 worked for me...for a minute...still getting crashing

@zram94 - Are you sure it's crashing? Sometimes my scenes take quite a while to export ORBX and they seem like they are hanging when they are calculating. Also, I have had problems with Mask ID's and DeNoiser in the past when exporting for ORBX, so I will disable those things and try. I have noticed ...

Same thing happened for me. Installed 418.81 this morning and it broke Octane 4.02.1 R3. Removed 418.81 and installed cudadriver 410.130_macos and all is working again.
