Bump
Is there any solution to this?
I am trying to make a road that I want to displace cracks into from a separate texture, iv'e tried alot of different solutions but the only thing that I got "half-working" was to match the scale and position by eye and that does not really work longterm.

Rendering in 256x256 boxes?
Hi! So I was just wondering if using smaller render buckets in Octane would speed up rendering.
I have no technical knowledge about this, but in for example Cycles; using small buckets instead of rendering the whole frame quite significantly increases render speeds.
Is this not possible inside ...

Not saving layer passes - R19
Hi!
Cinema (or octane) seems to not want to save my multi-passes. It creates all the different folders for it, it comes up in the Pictureviewer so that I can solo them, but they won't save..
As I first used Takes I thought that it might be the problem but it was not. We tried the scene on R18 on 3 ...

Re: Need Help - Picture Viewer Artifact.
Okay so I did some testing removing every material and every light from the scene, but the problem remained.
So I copied everything into a new scene file and that seems to have done the job. Very strange...

Need Help - Picture Viewer Artifact.
Hi!
So I'm trying to render a nightscene and it looks all fine and dandy up untill it finishes in the picture viewer.

Squares appear all over the image..
Anyone have any idea what this is?

Re: Animating a Bump map in octane (latest 2.x)
Think I solved it by animating the cycles parameter in the bump.

Animating a Bump map in octane (latest 2.x)
So I am trying to animate a regular plane as water, by having a animated bump map loop. It works just fine in the normal C4D renderer but I can't get it to work with octane the way I want to.
I do however get it to work by using "Resend all scene data" in the Geometry engine. That is not a setting ...
