Ok, here is what i've found out so far.
The Absorption Channel in the Scattering Medium works inverse in the 3 Alpha v and above.
The Standelone has a "Invert Absorption" checkbox to fix that, but how can i fix that in my Plugin?

the Scattering Medium in my C4D Plugin (3 Alpha, 3 Beta) works wrong for me.
for Example:
this is what i get with the "Raspberry" Material from Live DB in the 2.25 Version

Another Example:
This is the "Red Reflective Skin" from Live DB in ...

I had the same Problem with the 3 alpha, then i installed the 2.25 and problem is solved
Furthermore the scattering medium in diffuse or spec mats dont working correctly in 3 alpha
