IT guy found solution.
Downclocking is a only solutions. it was factory issue. They overcloked this card in BIOS - from about 800 to 1100 Mhz so the temperarure was to high.

I think you are right about heating. I talked with IT guy and he promised me to do something with this.

4. Yes i tried but during instalation 309.08-desktop-win8-win7-winvista-64bit-international-whql.exe I have error "this graphics driver could not find compatible graphics hardware"
