Looking really good, my only feedback would be to try match the colour of your grass/trees more to those on the back plate. At the moment, there is too much saturation in the green.
Also I might be wrong but it looks like the shadows on your back plate are going in the opposite direction to those ...

Re: glass problems
First off, the easiest way to do a label is to duplicate the polygons from the bottle neck and use that as the base of your label.
You then need to extrude it ever so slightly as you need two sides for both textures to work (seems like you have just done this).
Lastly it sounds like the main issue ...

Specular texture issue
Hi everyone,
I've run into an issue that I need some advise on.
I am creating an animation that shows the different layers that go into the making of a bank card. In the animation each layer will build in finishing with a protective laminate layer.
This is where I run into my problem...

Re: Help installing Octane into Cinema 4D R18
Make sure you only have 1 cdl64 file in your c4doctane folder. You need to keep the c4dOctane-R18.cdl64 file and delete the other ones for the older versions of C4D.

Re: LV crash with octane studio tools
It's already been covered on this forum a few times already.

It's because the lighting kit is built using a lot of layered C4D shaders, which isn't the most efficient way of lighting. Since the latest Octane update the Lighting Kit has ...

Re: Turn off shadow visibillity does not work
Set a Octane ObjectTag with shadows turned off on the disk. Then change your render settings from Pathtracing to directlighting and select GI_Diffuse for the GI mode.
This should do the trick.

Re: Recreating indentation from a staple in soft material
You can use a collision deformer with a Octane ObjectTag Sub-division applied to your base object (Deformers in Cinema need polygons to work so you might find yourself needing to add more to your model to get the required look, which you have said you don't want to do, using a Sub-division should ...

Re: Intereractive Turntable
How many images do you need?
Easiest way to do it would be to use one static camera with a protection tag on it in the scene, group the rest of the scene objects into a null and animate it to rotate 360 degrees (make sure the null axis in in the centre of the turntable you are focusing on). Each ...

Issues with Octane Render Cloud
Hi,
To start, I want to say I love Octane and its my first choice out of the render engines I use.
Saying that I am a little bit confused/disappointed so far with the OctaneRender Cloud, although I know its still in beta testing.
I uploaded a 25 second fly through of a kitchen thinking that it ...
