I've set up the shading as below, but I don't know if it is correct :
- Gradient doesn't offer any projection input so I've used a Baking Texture node to get one
- Gradient seems to need another gradient input to actually output a gradient ? It doesn't make sense ...

Is there a way to get the falloff map working with the Volume Medium of a Volume Item ?
I would like to drive absorption and scattering according to POV. I tried the setup below but it doesn't give the expected result, it is just remapping the Scattering according to the VDB file density ...

I forgot this. I've enabled it and now the renders match. Thank you !Your settings look ok. Do you have "Prefer tonemap if applicable" enabled in server settings?

Thank you for the quick feedback Lino.
It was already off since I was using the Camera Imager override in the viewport. I tried with the own camera Imager settings but the result is still the same.
You can see all my CM settings in this screenshot, do I miss something ?

Thanks for the settings guys, I was struggling with some serious differences between C4D and Blender Octane renders, now I understand why.
But has something changed since 2.80 ? I can't get the right result in the Render Window and in the Octane viewport.
