My attempt at a workaround on the parallel ...

Re: R14 support ending?
Hi Aoktar,
Thanks for your reply.
I notice the 3.08 is stable but R14 is still not present as a plugin for C4D.
Is Octane 4 going to have support for this version of Cinema?
It's a big ask for my company to get a newer version of Studio as there's no upgrade from R14 so it's very costly, and we ...

R14 support ending?
I've noticed with the latest builds that a c4dOctane-R14.cdl64 file is not included. Is support for R14 ending or is this just how you release unstable builds?

Re: Matching parallel camera zoom to C4D viewport
Just to put a more understandable visual to this, here are some screen grabs of zoom vs focus distance for different values as shown in the graph above.

Matching parallel camera zoom to C4D viewport
Hi all,
I've been working with the Parallel camera in Cinema 4D and noticed when the zoom is below 1, the viewport in Cinema does not match the Octane live viewer, or final render to picture viewer. I was needing this to be a low value in order to render the entirety of an object in parallel view ...

Motion blur cropped to square
I seem to get this issue where if the rotation of an object is too fast I get a bounding box on the motion blur, which also extends far from where it should appear.

Is there a workaround for this bug?

Re: Changes to authentication and Internet Access
Fixed. It was the site username and password I should have used, not V2 credentials on the licences page.
All is well!
Thanks for your help!

Re: Changes to authentication and Internet Access
And now that I've done that, I can't login to standalone as it still says "Octane V2 Username" on licences, and not V3 credentials.
I still get invalid username or password error message.

Re: Changes to authentication and Internet Access
Ah I hadn't downloaded the Cinema plugin, only the V3 Standalone.
I have downloaded and replaced.
However now I still can't sign in, and it's still locked on my HOME computer as V2 on the licence page.
