Hey Paul - file is attached! (The curve was imported from an Illustrator file and I'm on Modo 902 S3)

Can't seem to figure out if animated render curves (e.g. https://vimeo.com/92239004) are supported in Octane. Octane seems to render the curve just fine, but doesn't appear to render animation when the curve start/end are keyed.
