I got it working. I changed the resolution to 12800x6800 per tile (for the tiled camera) and the network rendering is working for that. The network rendering kicked on.

Each machine has 4x 1080ti's and 32gig of RAM the main workstation has the same but 64gig of RAM. Wonder why that would be an issue?

RahiSan, I think that fixed it. I added GSG's Signal to each Scatter Object and set a rotation of 1 deg over the entire animation and I think that did the trick.
