Slave render network

Since I have installed 2019.1.3 on C4D R21 (windows 10 pro)
C4d plugin
Standalone
Slave render

I am not getting any GPUs within our office showing up on the OctaneRender network preferences
I would always see some (even if not compatible builds), but now the window is blank ...
