yes and partially yes.
It work with or without mix material or mix textures. It's just noise and variations of it to bb ...

Hey everyone! I have a diffuse material with a bb emission. It shines bright and emits light like it's supposed to. Cool.
My problem is that the second I add a displacement to the material, the emission goes away .
