Copying Octane_Lights results in a bunch of errors saying parameters don't exist etc. Could you take a look at it? Octane Lights specifically not Universal Lights. Also opening HIP files with these Octane Lights also raises some errors all the time. They seem to work fine though ...

Would you be willing to share the file you encountered these crashes on?
Another thing that would be helpful is to disconnect the power plug on your 4090 and see if it runs on just the 5090 (when you don't have both cards ...

This tick box. if it's off on 5090, things are normal. Or disable the denoising from the imager altogether.

Okay that's helpful. If the bug happens in standalone, it means it's usually an octane core issue. Will pass it to the developers! In the meantime if you want you could try the beta2 and see if that issue is there as well.


I'v actually tried on all versions and started to question my life ...

It crashes with just running sinlge 5090 (4090 not installed to MB )and have denoiser turned on.
I've tested on standalone too it seems the same.

I think there is issue with denoising setting.
as long as i turn it on it crashes my system.

have 1x4090 and 1x5090

it crashes few seconds after if i turn on denoiser while 5090 is rendering.
disabling denoising setting on 5090 helped. but prob something to look into

It should. I am running a 3080 and it works. I assume the 5090 should work too.

I can render with 5090 but after 10 seconds or so, it goes black screen and restarts. able render no problem with RS atm any solution for Octane who i prefer more?
