Hey there,
Tried this a few times, but unfortunately it looks like Octane 2019.1.2 , coupled with LW 2019.1.4, doesn't appear to recognize envelopes for emission or density in the volumetric node editor. I'm using the 'update volumetrics' and 'update materials' in the render target( I've tried ...

I haven't seen this mentioned yet, but we also cant step back a build or two, as every build prior to this one (when using any version of lightwave 2019) now fails licence activation, giving the error message
"Activation Error.
This build is not supported, please update to a newer version"

Re: v3 dev update
Yeah thanks Marcus, all too often we users are left in the dark about upcoming developments by other companies that shall remain nameless, or alternatively shown shining tech demos of features that still fail to materialise months or even years later.

Re: Any news about cost of ORC
In terms of data security, does their ORC work the same as a slave daemon? Or are we FTP-ing ( or somehow transferring) the entire project as An ORBx file?...and similarly, how would frames be transferred back ( if working as a daemon, is assume you'd never actually see frames at your end, as they'd ...
