Hello to forward my original post..

It seem that the crash only appear when I use Universal / Metallic material. No crash when I only use diffuse, glossy or specular ones...Even if I use textures in that 3 ones.

The megascan library use universal workflow so.... Is it something wrong with my set ...

C:\Users\Username\AppData\Local\OctaneRender\cache and delete texCache file.


I already tried that tips and it did nothing for me. C4d and octane are still crashing randomly on random actions while Octane Live view is activate. Even on a lightweight scene... Any help or a fix would be nice ...

Few months could be 2 like 12... For a professionnal purpose it would be nice to have some kind of an estimated release date instead abstract's things...

So the new Mac Pro is available to purchase since today. Do you have any news about Octane X for Mac and AMD GPU ? Especially about the C4D (stable) Plugin.
