Hi,
I have searched for an answer for this but couldn't find a definitive one.
Is it possible to continue a render once it is finished? For example if you underestimate the needed samples.
Another thing I would find super useful is the ability to stop a render but save how far it has rendered so ...

Re: Version 3.06-TEST (WORK IN PROGRESS BUILD)
I quote this " It's still has a lot of missing features in plugin side and they are needed to be improved."
Sorry if i misunderstood, but there is no other way to interpret this :)
It means the new features come with latest SDK. I'm adding step by step. If you read my previous posts you'll get why ...

Re: Version 3.05.3 (13.01.2017) - Latest stable
Wow! Just tried out the adaptive sampling on a current job that has a lot of pure black area and some specular areas. Nearly halved the time needed! I need to experiment with the noise threshold a bit more as I guess this is key to finding the correct balance.
Thanks!
Thanks!

Re: Intersecting Alpha with displacement
Hi Beppe,
Thanks for the reply. The geometry isn't too large approx 100cm I think. The second screen grab in my first post is the ray epsilon value set to the minimum it will go. Is there anything else that can be done?
Thanks

Intersecting Alpha with displacement
Hi,
I am having an issue with two planes that intersect and create a thin black line in areas the alpha is making invisible. I have tried adjusting ray epsilon and this only occurs when displacement is on. When increasing ray epsilon the gap increases. Attached below some screen grabs with ...

Re: Octane V3 License Web Deactivation
Hi Guys,
Not sure if I'm doing something wrong, but every time I load up octane on my home machine I get 'All your licenses are currently being used" Even though each time I quit and shutdown my work machine correctly every time. Do I have to manually sign out each time? I don't get the problem ...

Re: Version 3.00 - Alpha6.2 (07.04.2016) - Preview version
Ah yes sorry you're right i forgot to move it back into the new plugin folder. Attached below logs with the new log flag. The first one is opening the scene and rendering straight to picture viewer, second one is rendering to the LV which now for some reason doesn't work when I set rendering to ...
