Hi I am on my profile page and i get "No LiveDB items found."
Any way to refresh that, or get it back

Maya viewport - Octane Shaders
Hi all.
Can i assume that Octane Shaders do not display inside of maya's viewport?
With Textures in the Diffuse slot, it Just shows up White in the viewport 2.0 and Legacy.
I am on Maya 2015 and 2016.
GTX 280 6 Gig Mem
Dual Xeon
32 gigs Memory

@blackshore Thanks for that. Yea. I am a legal user of both those pieces of software.
My presets start with Arnold, and end with Vray, With no Octane in the list.

Hi All.
I would like to get some input on using Substance painter textures on a Octane Glossy material.
If anyone can fill in the gaps that would be awesome.
Base Color = Diffuse
Metallic = Specular
Roughness = Roughness
Normal = Normal
Height = Displacement
Also, What Octane Texture type ...

I see that you just need to enable Matte on the diffuse material to get the matte
Any ides on the subdividing?

Hi Guys I forgot to ask 2 questions in the last post.
Im running maya 2016 with the latest Octane Plugin.
I have searched for this in the forum.
Do we have a Use Background Shader equivalent (eg. shadow matte) ?
Can Octane subdivide my mesh at render time?

Hi All.
Just a quick one.
I have a Maya 2016 scene using the latest maya plugin.
I have disabled "Enable Default Light" on the common Tab (Is that necessary in Octane?)
However, when there is no lights in the scene, my scene still renders. Where do you think the light is coming from?

failed to deactivate license
When i try to deactivate my standalone licence in my account profile, it give me this:
"Failed to deactivate license. Please contact us for further assistance."
