Thank you the reply and explanation but to ask my 1st question again, Will Otoy provide a refund if I decide the software doesn't suit my purposes?

I have an Nvidia Quadro 4000. 2Gig Ram.
I'm using a lot of individual assets and a lot of textures. I've worked very hard to keep my system requirements as low as possible but 3ds Max is hitting 22-25 Ram when I render in Vray, which isn't bad but seems to be impossible to render with Octane and a ...

I made a huge mistake and purchased Octane without considering the memory limitations of my GPU. I simply cannot render the project I purchased Octane for.
Does Otoy provide refunds in these cases?
