Indeed, this looks kick-ass!
I wonder about the new workflow - especially regarding studio setups.
There isn't any option to move an .obj-object, so I can't move the lights, right?
But where is the efficiency, that I can use the near realtime preview of Octane to set lights to the right position ...

I don't think there is a shortcut for the AEC tools, just for standard splines.
So you could draw the basic shape with splines - holding shift-key to make them straight - and then use the snap-tool to draw your AEC Wall, using the corner points of your spline, on top.
Maybe you can skip the process ...
