Cinema: Export only info pass
Hi there,
I seem unable to figure out how to export info passes in Octane Cinema 4d without having to render the whole image.
Is there a way to easily and fast just to render out the info passes? Thanks guys!

Re: Can't get rid of area-based hot pixels.
Thanks Beppe!
I went ahead and implemented the settings you mentioned, and it seem to have decreased the hot pixel to an almost un-noticable level. I did a few adjustments to the lights and moved some elements around, and now it looks clean. Thank you so much buddy! Totally appreciate your help ...

Re: Can't get rid of area-based hot pixels.
Hi MadsBroni,
could you post a screenshot your kernel settings?
Do you have environment medium active?
The image posted has the hot pixel removed applied?
If yes, please could you post an image without it?
ciao beppe

Can't get rid of area-based hot pixels.
Hi there,
I'm sorry that this is posted in the wrong place, but I can't access the Maxon Cinema 4D sub-forum despite having V3 standalone and Cinema plugin.
I've attached an image here below, where you can see the issues I'm having with hot pixels. It is mostly visible to the left on the dark ...

Re: Fog very noisy?
Thanks a lot Beppe!
Once again, you solved my problem. I will add the fog in post, and use the z-depth now
Really appreciate your help!

Re: Fog very noisy?
I did fool around with the Z-depth max settings, and this is how it looks in the viewport. However, when I export it comes out as above, with pure black and white.
How do I get the same result as in the viewport?

Re: Fog very noisy?
Hi Beppe,
thanks for looking into this.
I am using direct lighting, but the problem is the same with pathtracing and PMC.
Here I've attached a screenshot of the settings + a z-depth pass. The z-depth pass doesn't seem to do what I want. I want it gradually to follow the depth, like the blur in ...

Fog very noisy?
Hello there,
so I've just started playing around with the fog in the environment tag. I am going fog this cold, foggy look, but I seem to get very visible pixels even with 10.000 frames. Since this will be video, I need to figure out a way to render it less than 15 minutes per frame. Here is an ...
