Re: How do I get bloom to render in a transparent image?
Yes, had the same situation right now, and what aoktar wrote works perfectly! In the Render-Settings activate Post-Processing in the Render AOV Groups!

Re: Cinema 4D version 2019.1-R2 (Stable) 24.09.2019
Hi and thanks,
it works by disabling the materials preview. :D
Overview in the material manager remains grayed.
on the other hand when I test only with the 2080ti, everything works even with the feature "material preview" enabled,
but the preview becomes black, which is not a normal behavior ...

Re: Cinema 4D version 2019.1 (Stable) 23.09.2019
Is there a way to roll back to 2019.1 RC3 r2 ? When I try, I get the message that that build isn't supported anymore, although I just used it today, before installing the 2019.1(stable).
It would be really neat to be able to use RC3, until the shadow catcher issue is fixed...

Re: Cinema 4D version 2019.1 (Stable) 23.09.2019
Hi! You should try with newer Nvidia drivers. I upgraded to 436.30 and it solved the issue for me.
thanks for answer, but same result with 431.86 and 436.30 drivers.
Ok, It's not a plugin issue. I've reported to Octane devs. Btw It doesn't happen one me, maybe you do something different. Or it ...

Re: Cinema 4D version 2019.1-RC2 (Experimental build)
Hi Guys,
I am probably just blind, but can someone tell me where i could find some documentation on the new features, and how to implement them?
I am especially curious about the "AI Up-sampler".
The help file is from Version 4 and even an online search didn't bring up anything, which i find ...

Re: Unwanted "Bonus" Passes with A.I. Denoiser + Layermasks
Hi Beppe!
Thanks a lot for your reply!
I will give it a go!!
You don't happen to have a quick quide/tut or just a short hint as for how to use the colored passes in After Effects as track-mattes like i did with the old monochromatic object passes?
I have a vague Idea, but i'd love to hear from ...

Re: Hanging render when using Render Queue
I have the same Issue with my setup. After a random number of frames rendered Octane freezes, although Cinema seems to be still working, of course now useless.
I found this, when looking through the log:
"CUDA error 700 on device 0: an illegal memory access was encountered"
Which didn't really ...

Re: Lock Camera in Live Viewer
well, i usually do work like that actually.
guess by using a kind of a workaround:
i have one screen divided into a) live viewer and b) the editor.
this b)-part itself is also divided into two 3d-views (via tabs). the first view is the camera view (by setting "use as camera view", the second one is ...

Lock Camera in Live Viewer
Is there a way to lock the Camera in the Octane Live Viewer, while still using different Cameras in the C4D Viewport to set up a scene, and tweak some aspects of it, while the Octane Live Viewer doesn't change from - let's say: a dedicated "Final " Camera?
Much obliged!
