Alembic & Vertex Speed crash
Hello, I am trying to add motionblur to an imported Alembic file through using the objecttag and vertex speed, unfortunately this contineously makes Octane crash (C4D R23). Any ideas here?

Re: Can't save images from the octane dialog
When you render straight in the viewport, you can't save that render from the octane dialoge.
The dropdown opens, but clicking save as does not work.

When using the octone live viewer window, it does work.
Thanks,
Rizon

Can't save images from the octane dialog
Hello, I can’t seem to save images anymore from the octane dialog when using viewport rendering.
From the live viewer window it does work. Tried both plugins: 2020.2.1 R2 & R3. Any hints?

Re: Displace Artifacts
Hi Flope,
Was wondering if you found a solution, having the same problem.
Ray epsilon is not solving the problem, displacement most likely causing the issue.
Thanks, Rizon

Re: Motion blur vertex speed to after effects.
Hi Beppe,
Thanks for getting back, I've tried this and indeed it removes the MB but the pass was all black.
Could this be because of the Alembic file?
Cheers,
Rizon

Trail SOP velocity data to after effects.
Hello,
I've imported an Houdini alembic file into c4d, added an octane objecttag for motion blur through vertex speed (trail sop velocity data), which worked fine.
Now I would like to render out the animation through c4d without motion blur and add it in post in After effects, any hints on how to ...

Motion blur vertex speed to after effects.
Hello,

Now I would like to render out the animation without motionblur and export motionblur data to After effects, any hints on how to do that?
Thanks!
