Actually if I work in linear with gamma 2.2.2 And use tone mapping disabled, it works fine.
The issue is when I want to actually use tone mapping and for example set gamma in 1.1 or anything different from 1. Then the output has no alpha.
I didn't try disabling gamma ...

alpha channel not working properly. Version 2.16
If I change the gamma to anything different than 1 in the camera settings, the alpha is not rendering
The only way to get the alpha channel is setting gamma value in the camera as 1.
Am i doing something wrong? any help?

I will post some screenshots jimstar. Basically zdepth is not working. It's pure black and white, no depth. No matter what settings you use.

I've using 2.16 version for several weeks and I noticed that many elements are not working well.
If you want to get, Zdepth or shadows for example, they don't work at all. Whatever you do, either setting the right zdepth value in the elements window or using info channels with the right settings ...
