Has anyone had the same problem
I can render with the focal length at 35 OK, but soon as I up the focal length to 300 I get facets on every surface.
How do I solve this?

When rendering outside of Maya via the commandline batchrenderer, even if the various settings are correct in the maya scene file, the DPI of the final image always comes out at 72DPI. If rendered within maya via the render or IPR the DPI is correct?

done some digging and managed to sort it
make sure render priority is set to high in the global settings, it defaults to medium and restricts the cards

i have noticed the octane plugin for maya does not use all of the GPU leading to slow render times

I see the colour option for lights has been removed all together now?
