Something strange happens with animated objects.
The boxes look like sliced at the corners.
The same happens to the cellphones.
The solution was rollback to 3.08

It reminds me of a Cuda 719 error I'm investigating.
Could you kindly use the Octane_log for more information about your issue?
you should copy the file "octane_log_flags.txt" in 3dsmax main root
and "octane_daemon_log_flags.txt" into the Standalone directory on the slave computer ...

Hi...
I had the same issue and it was due that my scene was converted from another render engine (Mental Ray), and in Render Elements had some elements from MR.
Just erase the MR elements and it works fine, maybe it could be your problem.

Problem Rendering Sequence
Hi
I am rendering an animation sequence but when it finishes rendering one frame show up a warning window.
The Octane log shows that this is the problem:
c:\dev\max_plugin\src\converterhelper\converterhelper.cpp(1208): func<RgbaToBitmap>: , Assertion type WARNING: condition "0" failed, <BAD ...
