Hey guys,
Is it possible to give a fog volume a texture? Like put in a noise to make it less uniform.
I know it's possible in C4D and I asked it in the Modo forum, but they don't know.
So my question is about the standalone or in Modo.
Thanks in advance

Octane FOG
Hey guys,
I'm playing with the Octane fog and is there a way to change the scattering phase?
What I would like to achieve is more scattering in the distance.
Thanks in advance!

Re: High res texture looks low res
Thanks for the answer, I used another texture and it's better now.
I also think it's because the stretching of the wide angle lens (24mm).

High res texture looks low res
Hey guys,
I don't know if I'm doing anything wrong but high-res textures (6K) looks low res to me (but maybe I'm wrong).
I dowloaded a free texture from Poliigon and I have the Idea the normal map doesn't pick up all the detail.
I saw this texture in a octane for C4D tutorial and looked better to ...

Re: insufficient free RAM
I reduced it to 20000000 and now it’s working!
Thanks for the reply Paul.

Thanks for the reply, but that didn't help.
