When I set a "Time Limit" Octane renders for that time (eG 5 min). Thats fine. BUT: If "max samples" are low, for eG 124 samples, octane stops rendering at 124 samples. Does not render for 5 min

I have first set the samples verry high, so that octane renders for the "Time Limit" i was giving it ...

Wouldn't that make sense? for previews I often render 124 Samples. But it should be easy to implement an infinite sample rate when, I change the seconds above 0?

is this a thing? Or even possible somehow?

My brain muscles are stuck in reverse orbit in the C4D viewport... :-)

right now, cryptomatte does not work fine, but I dont know if it's possible...
