short update, got my amfeltec gpu splitter yesterday, if i put the splitter into my supermicro board, i can use only 5 titan x cards. with the 6 attached the board does not start.

if i use 5 titanx cards into the board directly got a octanebench of 640, if i use the amfeltec splitter i have ...

after some modification inside the nvidia bios i´m able to use 6 titan x cards, thats 1824 iomen on the supermicro board.

tomorrow the rendering ends an im able to put more cards inside the node. fingers crossed....

the swiftec ones looks to long, it a 1 slot connector. you nee slot 0, the one i linked fits perfect.

if you want i can send you some.

remove the second dvi means you have to unsolder the 24 dvi pins ...

one titan x card has around a single gpu score 125, so 7 of them should have 875 or 900. my amfeltc splitter arrives in 2 days. the first thing i will do i to use 12 cards and render the benchmark. i hope the upload works. on the titan cards there is no backplane. i choosed the alphacool titan ...

i played today with one titan x card and i was not able to change something. i wrote to around 10 guys, maybe they can change something. in my case the mainboard don´t boot. with 5 titan cards it works, with 6 not. 7 gtx 780 cards running perfect.

7x GTX 780 178x7 = 1246 MB iomen
5x Titan X = 1530 ...

yes it was a modification. i removed the second dvi port. the first card was the hardest one, but the other 6 where easy .... i tried the waterflow connection, the best way is to send the water to gpu1 after this to gpu2 and so one. the last card gets the hottest water but its not much.
