1. old scene convertion is still a mess , can't convert some of the materials in forest prck pro(latest 3.06-4.31) from 1.9 which force me still using 1.9 , this is the last karba version( fast , low vram , compatiable even lower to very old 1.2 version )

kidding? another developer again? this is the third time that max plugin change developer, so how about stop any new feature and focus on how to get the old version(I mean the 1.9) compatiable to v2.25 engine? sorry for the tone, but I think everyone would happy if this big issue can be solved

Hi c4d,
don't worry, octane net render has no problem in multi os environment.
I work everyday with OsX and one or two win7 slaves ;)
Since the slave only need the standalone app, it's very easy to setup.

Network rendering mix with windows and linux?
Hey guys, I would like to see if there is possible to mix different OS to render in netwrok? For example, I want to use windows os as main master(due to 3ds max only in win)...but I want the rest of the slave in linux OS say ubuntu..does it possible?? if does, can I have my master using 3ds max ...
