Hello,
My c4d render setting is set to vertical but the live viewer is showing me horizontal resolution.
Is there a setting that I might have touched?

Probably the easiest question
Hi all,
Sorry for asking dumb question but I have to ask.
When you render passes, say emission pass, you also have option to render denoised emission pass as well.
Do you render both? or just the denoised emission only, because it'll look better without noise?
Thought my co-workers would think of ...

Firepro d500
Hello
My company just purchased one of those new cylinder mac pros. A bit old(2013) but still excited, I install Octane but it doesn't seem to work.(No Cude Device found)
Is FIrepro d500 not supported?
Thanks in advance.

Distribution vs texture
Hello guys!
I'm getting confused with these two options in lights.
What's the difference between distribution and texture? Or should the question be how exactly each options works?
Thank you!

Subsurface scattering
Hello all
I'm trying to achieve subsurface scattering look using octane. I've watched inlifethrilll's tutorial about it but still a little confused.
There are 2 nodes, absorption and scattering but Is it the rgb value we put each node or is it float texture?
I tried this and that and achieved a ...
