Radiance are we ever going to be able to stack up reflections?

Looks like i've misunderstood something - i can go to my octane live account - but i can't see a download for the new release - is it out or is it not - and if it is - where do i download it???? - Very very puzzled as it seems someone is able to access the live material database ...or what ...
