I am still getting the same issue.

So were your objects always the same object the disappears?
The objects in my scene that disappears has a complex stack of modifiers on it ...

Yesterday after I read your post that it's fixed, I kicked my renders off again and today I see that
they are still not rendering my objects correctly. Did you do anything special to make it work?

I restarted a failed job, and it didn't completely restart the job, it saved all the previously
finished frames.
