It would appear alpha textures seem to now default to sRGB transform rather than loading linear when using 2022 builds. This differs from the expected behavior and from how older versions of Octane behaved so i'm guessing it can be considered a bug.

PMC value limits not matching standalone.
When using the PMC kernel in The Blender plugin there is a hard limit for parallelism of 4 and 32 for work chunk size. In the standalone version the limit is 8 and 64 respectively. Viewing the Generated node graph it's clear this limit is only in the plugin UI parameters.

I also have a very similar issue, specular rays stop working at certain camera angles (reflections or transmission disappears). Hard to describe the cause/ how to reproduce. Hiding certain objects can also make the issue disappear or return. (see attached)

Seems to work fine for me, cryptomatte can be used as such in Blenders compositor. Just input Octanes crypto outputs to the cryptomatte node, eye dropper the objects you need from the pick output and it will generate a mask and matte. https://i.gyazo.com/649b509b7c7fe7f47e32864460ec2b7a.png https ...
