AFAIK no other lights besides the defaults are currently available in octane.
In upcoming version there will be material emitters.

Camera correction
It would be a nice feature to have the ability for camera correction! You know... the one that keeps vertical lines vertical and not distorted, tending to meet in a vanish point. It's a useful feature especially for arch-viz.

At first I thought about making an Absolut Vodka model just for practicing but later on I decided to turn it into a still competition entry.

Those emitting materials are awesome but, they need crucial options like :
Visible to camera (or render mesh) on/off <---- omg need this one
Visible to reflection (or affect reflection) on/off <---- must have
Visible to refraction (or affect refraction) on/off <---- sweet one
Double sided on/off ...

I'm suprised no one has mentioned the Navigation of Arion.
