Perfect! That was easy. Completely missed this in the manual.
Thanks for sharing.

Hair Tip/Root Color
Hi,
controlling the Hair Material color from root to tip is fairly straightforward with Cinema's standard hair material. I try to recreate it Octane material and getting stuck with it. Basically I'd like every strand of hair to have the same root color that follows a gradient to different tip color ...

Displacement Slightly Breaking
Hi!
I have a light underneath some plane geometry that is being displaced, so the light gets revealed as the displacement goes below a certain value. However because of this the breaking displacement becomes very obvious in multiple parts of the image.
Is there a way close these gaps somehow ...

Re: Sharp edges with area light?
Do you mean sharp edge shadows? For that just make the light very small and bump up the power. Hope that helps.
cheers,

Hi guys,
i try to achieve sharp edges with the area light but i can't figure it out.
I always got soft edges. Blown out in the middle and fade out into soft corners.

Re: Quickly rendering out several camera responses?
Haha thanks Milan. I do agree with you that they don't necessarily convey a valid end result. This is for look dev purposes. Scrolling through them will still give you a sense between low and high contrast, cold and warm tones, gold, purple tints etc. And from there on it's easier to choose how to ...

Quickly rendering out several camera responses?
Is there a quick way to render out several/all CameraImager Response curves? Or at least a way to quickly scroll through them without having to click and choose one by one. I feel like I'm missing a hotkey that does this.
Many thanks!

Cuda Error - Can't seem to find a solution
Hi,
I'm getting an error that says the following
CUDA error 1 on device 0: One or more of the parameters passed were not within an acceptable range of values.
-> failed to bind texture to device memory (data5)
device 0: failed to bind data texture 4 of context 0
It just started all of a sudden ...
