Re: Non-offical Blender 2.56 plugin

Thank you very much!

But.. how can this be free, even for commercial work? The 32 page EULA would be over my head even in my native language, so please bear with me!
I can read, it's "limited" to 1 GPU & no network, which wouldn't affect me at all, so what's the catch?

Re: Non-offical Blender 2.56 plugin

Guys, I know this is a Zombie thread, but I'm trying to use my trusty old Octane 1.55 again. I only have the standalone - is there any chance for material conversion or anything at all? OBJ import from Blender 2.93.3 works, but of course without - most - materials, though it seems the materials are ...

Re: RAM instead of VRAM ?

Great, I just switched to 64bits a few weeks ago. Windows will never be the same under 4GB :) And I didn't even know the limitation counted for Ram PLUS Vram...

Re: RAM instead of VRAM ?

I believe more GPU Ram will just be a matter of not too much time. Right now I'll be fine with 1GB of VRam, and when I know how to make use of and max out Octane (the Beta isn't even out and we already scream for more?), I'll worry about getting that 16GB GPU :geek:

Re: Payment methods?

Sorry for wasting your time :( I didn't dare to click further into the ordering process as my PayPal wasn't charged yet and I have experienced severe problems with forms that had been clicked before being able to pay... On my cell these buttons are so small I could only recognize credit cards :oops ...

Payment methods?

Hey there :) Will it be possible to pay via Paypal? I don't have a credit card, I could probably order through a friend though.

Re: Feature request: walkthrough mode

I could use that, too. Though it doesn't support Blender 64bits in Win7, which has rendered the SpacePilot utterly useless to me, so for Octane this would surely rock.

Re: Octane Render set to release public demo/download version

Maybe I could have the logo too? Please!
I wanna put it on my blog that I'll be putting up next week and into my portfolio for the good looks.
Geared up with a GTX 285 today since I read about Octane 2 days ago - I bought my last GPU in 2005, so you got me all jazzed, guys!!! My 99.- practically ...
