Chameleon
This is my latest personal project.
I've never done any animal before with alot of detail to it. So therefore I wanted to make a chameleon, they have alot of detail both Modeling/Sculpting and Texturing-wise which is always funny!
Hope you like it! :)

Rendering Fur with Octane in Maya
As the the subject says I wonder if there is any way to make and render Fur inside of maya with octane?
If I'm not mistaken the tiger in Life of Pi was rendered with octane? So I guess there is a way but I simply can't find it.

Re: Helix (Snail)
Yes I used SSS.
For the grain I just made a layer in Photoshop, gave it alot of noise. Then I set it to overlay and lowered the opacity.

Helix (Snail)
The idea was to make something that would look cool in 3D so why not pick a snail. And I really like doing creatures that has a lot of detail to it.
I Used Maya and Mudbox for 3D work. The best renderer in the universe (Octane Renderer) for rendering and Photoshop for comp.

How to render in 16bit?
Hello,
How do I render 16bit images instead of 8bit? I cannot seem to find an option for this in my render settings.
Thank you
