Thanks for taking the time to resolve this issue for me and all the effort your putting in to the long term solution.

I switched machines last week because of a hardware failure (system drive died). I thought that if I had to rebuild it might as well be a better machine more suited to Octane.

When I asked for a license I was given the one for the old machine and told that I can't have one for the new machine ...
