I'm working on some product shots which require a shadow and fading reflection on the ground with transparency as part of the brand standards.
This way they can easily be added to any background color.

It's easy enough to make the object a matte object to get the shadow and alpha.

Has there been any update on this? I've just started using 4 and still can't get rounded corners to work on CAD data.
It really flattens the render when we don't have it and lets a lot of Octanes awesomeness be ruined by the smallest thing that people instantly comment on lol
