Octane 2020 on ORC

Hi, I see that Octane 2020 is not yet supported on ORC and I wanted to know when that is going to be available since I do rely heavily on ORC and can't upgrade before ORC accepts it.

Thanks

ORC ORBX Export using Take System

I have a very large scene and I have multiple takes off of it using the C4D take system. When uploading to ORC I have to upload every individual take's Orbx separately and I was wondering if there is a way to leverage the C4D take system in Orbx?

Re: Viewport frame-rate drop

Also one more thing I discovered is that if the scene is heavy enough, the viewport functions well when octane is calculating, so when it's updating the scene viewport is smooth and then it gets laggy. Video the show the effect:

Re: Viewport frame-rate drop

Also I don't know if this helps or not but I realized that this problem only affects the viewport that is being rendered, other viewports function as normal:

Re: Viewport frame-rate drop

Thanks for your reply Ahmet, I tried it with or without that option, turning it off maybe changed it a little bit but it's very unnoticeable and the viewport is still very unresponsive.
I also tries with different kernels etc to no effect.
I made a short video with more screenshots of the settings ...

Re: Viewport frame-rate drop

Thanks bepeg4d,

there are some shots of settings as you can also see in the video. Are there any settings that could affect the performance of the viewport in cinema4d outside of the octane viewer?

Viewport frame-rate drop

First of all, thanks a lot Ahmet Oktar for all the hard work.

I am having a weird issue with the responsiveness of the c4d viewport after updating my GPU.

I work on an Apple iMac with an Akitio Node TB3 EGPU. I just updated my GPU from a GTX 780 to a GTX 1080 ti and now when I run octane, my ...
