The test was done in maya using alembic. I couldn't get the motion blur from motion vector. I compare between Octane, Arnold, Vray, Redshift and Octane was my best result except for the Motion blur:(

BTW Iray does denoiser/degrain too in a post process. (see attachement)

I got the same issue and it seem to be any octane light node with the viewport 2.0 that give the conflict and make maya crash. The turn arround is, switch view port to legacy.
