I need to import all of these into 3ds Max.

I should be more precise:
I need every instance of object to have different displacement, but based on one texture, which position coordinates and rotation are randomized by OSL Script.
I'm not sure if it's even possible...

But this is OCTANE 2019.X.
I've got three V4 perpetual licenses and I don't want to swich to Subscription licenses.
For me V4 is enough.
So, I would like to use stable and realiable V4.
