Good news, I can run both the 6150se and GT240 at the same time.
At first Octane would not run. I tried to reinstall the driver and got a blue screen. It restarted and now it runs. PhysX is enabled and Octane still runs.
I can tell that it is working. Octane Benchmark is faster and my machine is ...

My onboard video is a 6150se and I do not think I can use my GT240 at the same time.
I have 1 pci-e x16, 2 x1, i pci.
Is there a X1 video card out there?
I do not have a clue.
