is it reliable to use the Ms/s of the benchmark scenes with MSI Afterburner to check how much your card was over/underclocked?
For example: I want to simulate a GTX780 and my rig has a GTX980. I would reduce clock speeds of my 980 with afterburner to reach specs of the 780. (or usual ...

Although I will probably never understand why people use Octane and then render in DL mode and not path trace or PMC...
Vray etc could do the same that DL does in the same time and better with more felixbility. Only reason why Octane exist is (relatively) fast path tracing, imo.
