This is all a moot point now. I requested and was granted a full refund. So this is the last you will hear from me here. But I would like to point out a couple of things, in the hope that further confusion could be avoided.

What does that even mean?

It does work right now? It doesn't work?

If it doesn't work, when is it going to work?

And I have sent two replies. After wasting five hours on this software, I am eager to hear something.

Needless to say, I am pissed at the moment.

I've spent hours experimenting. And hunting through the forum. And being generally disappointed with nothing to show for it but a big bill.

This is what I am getting. Nothing. Just a viewport window with a cycling orange bar. I've left it like this for almost a half hour. I've tried with as simple a scene as I could. I've added lights. I've made sure there are no lights. I've added cameras. I've made sure there are no cameras.

What is pissing me off is I paid $400 for something that doesn't work. And I have no method to figure out if it is because I am missing something. Or if the thing is just broken.

For $120 the plug in should at least have basic instructions.
