I love the brush solution! I never thought to suggest it considering Vue makes use of that idea for painting ecosystems and I use that program a lot!

The reason Phantom Scatter connects to a remote server is to check whether you have a valid license. It's an anti-piracy measure, if I were to remove it everyone could just steal my hard work. If you can't get around this, I'll get you your money back.

I've just connected to the internet and tried loading PS so that it could connect to whatever remote server it requires to connect ...
